This team is part of The Madrigal Dragons Football Club, a club dedicated to keeping good friends and good teammates out on the pitch until well beyond sundown. MDFC started in 1992 as a mens team, and added the womens side in 1997. Though the dragon men and women have separate teams in the AMSL and AWSL, our practices are co-ed as are the post-practice happy hours and the occasional Dragon Night Out events. To us, camaraderie is more important than competition, and attitude more important than skill. Go Dragons!
The Austin Wildcats are the premier womens soccer team in Austin, Texas. We are a traveling team that attends several tournaments throughout the year. Additionally, we give back to the community through various community service projects. We practice at least once a week in the evening. We have many team building events (happy hours, dinners, fun and games). The team splits to play indoor soccer at the local indoor soccer facilities.
